On the Home tab, the big thing in the Styles group that displays thumbnails of styles is variously called the "Styles Gallery" or the "Quick Styles Gallery" or the "Quick Style Gallery".You can also duplicate, rearrange, and delete sections (in a word-processing document) and pages (in a page layout document), and combine documents or move. On the Layout page open the Vertical Alignment list. However, if a document will print on a single sheet of paper (1 page) you can center the content vertically between the Top & Bottom Margins by going to: Format> Document. Ok, this response is somewhat late, but I may have found an answer to what seems to be the issue.The first point to emphasize is that there is no such thing as a 'page' in the structure of a Word document.How to change the order of styles in the Quick Styles galleryYou can change the order in which styles appear in the Quick Styles gallery so that the styles you need most frequently are shown on the top row. Elsewhere, it's called the "Styles pane".How to remove a style from the Quick Styles galleryIn the Quick Styles gallery, right-click the thumbnail for a style and then choose "Remove from Quick Style Gallery". The supertip shown in Figure 1 mentions the "Styles window".
